Quibas presented a new way of working in procurement at Future Match Demoday

Our co-founder Zeki Özalp took to the Future Match Demoday stage to share how Quibas brings data, risk intelligence and procurement processes together to transform teams’ day-to-day work.

As Aneta, we took to the stage with Quibas at Future Match Demoday, held with contributions from the Young Businessmen Association of Türkiye (TÜGİAD), the Istanbul Development Agency (ISTKA) and the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Industry and Technology.

Our presentation focused on a challenge procurement teams face every day: data scattered across different sources, processes managed through emails and spreadsheets, and work that requires constant manual follow-up. We illustrated Quibas’s approach through example workflows that turn information into procurement decisions and actions teams can track.

From risk signals to action under human control

To understand what an emerging supplier risk means for procurement, teams need to see which orders it affects and what response it calls for.

Zeki Özalp presented Quibas’s approach to detecting risk signals, identifying affected orders, assessing the potential impact and bringing alternatives to the team. In this workflow, a decision approved by an expert moves forward with implementation and follow-up steps.

From tender preparation to contract drafting

Procurement operations were the other focus of the presentation. We explained how AI agents can support steps that require extensive follow-up, including preparing tenders, answering supplier questions, checking bids and comparing offers.

Quibas’s approach is built around bringing teams better-organized information, comparable offers and prepared actions, while keeping critical choices and approvals under expert control.

By bringing millions of data points and procurement processes together on one platform, our goal is clear: reduce the burden of manual follow-up, help work move forward and give procurement teams a stronger basis for decisions.

Future Match Demoday was a valuable opportunity to share this approach and build new connections around the future of supply chains. We thank Eyüp Üstdağ, Zübeyde Agsakalli and the TÜGİAD team for their support throughout the process, as well as everyone we met at the event.
