Platform and Agentic AI

Quibas unifies data, decision and operational flows for supply chain and procurement teams. Data Intelligence connects external and internal signals to business impact, while Procurement IQ manages requests, tenders, bids and commercial decisions. Rather than replacing enterprise systems, Quibas operates as a decision and automation layer alongside them.

Data Intelligence collects and contextualizes market, commodity, company, supplier and risk signals, turning them into traceable decisions. Procurement IQ manages the operational procurement flow from purchase requests and strategic sourcing events to supplier bids, catalogs and framework agreements. The two layers can work together.

Agents can handle tasks such as data preparation, comparison, follow-up, reminders and advancing workflows under defined rules. Critical steps such as publishing, approval, supplier selection and commercial decisions can remain under authorized user control. The automation scope is configured to the organization’s authority and governance model.

Data Intelligence

Coverage can include economic indicators, commodity and energy movements, company registry and legal entity records, corporate disclosures, supplier financial signals, sanctions and compliance checks, and operational data. The focus is not on exposing source details, but on the verified signal, its impact on your organization and the action to follow.

A signal is not left as an isolated alert. It is matched with the relevant supplier, open order, contract, critical material, inventory or spend context. Once impact and priority are established, a governed case or workflow can be created with an owner, decision deadline and follow-up action.

The platform supports more than 20 million company registry and legal entity records. Coverage can vary by country, record type and selected use case. The objective is not merely to display records, but to connect company identity, status and material changes to supplier or third-party decisions.

03 · Satın alma operasyonu

Procurement IQ

Procurement IQ covers purchase requests and approvals, strategic sourcing and e-tendering, supplier bids and e-auctions, catalogs and framework agreements in one operational layer. Modules can be configured individually or as a connected end-to-end flow.

AI assists the team with preparing bid content, normalizing data, flagging missing fields and comparing commercial terms. Final supplier selection, negotiation and commercial decisions remain under authorized user control, while rationale and approval history can be retained in the process.

Yes. Request fields, thresholds, approval steps, roles, tender structures, bid templates and commercial evaluation rules can be configured within the project scope. The goal is not to force the organization into a fixed template, but to make the process visible and measurable while preserving control points.

Integration and Security

No. ERP, finance, warehouse and other systems of record continue to serve as the core transaction and master data sources. Quibas combines their business context with external signals and operational workflows to provide a decision, follow-up and automation layer.

ERP, finance, warehouse, supplier and analytics systems can be integrated through APIs, secure file transfer or other project-appropriate methods. Data objects, update frequency and bi-directional transaction requirements are defined during discovery, and the integration design is adapted to the organization’s existing architecture.

Permissions, roles, approval steps and business rules are configured for the use case. Critical decisions can remain subject to human approval, while owner, status, rationale and follow-up actions can be made traceable. Hosting, data residency and security requirements are confirmed through a technical and security assessment before the project.

Implementation and Commercial Model

The process starts by defining the business objective and pilot scope. Data and integration requirements, user roles, decision rules and success criteria are agreed together. After a governed pilot, validated workflows can be expanded in phases. The timeline depends on data readiness, integration depth and selected modules.

The commercial model is based on factors such as selected modules, user and transaction scope, monitored data volume, integration requirements and the support model. Therefore, a scope and proposal aligned with the actual need is prepared instead of forcing a single standard package.

The first conversation identifies the priority business problem and decision flow. The demo is run around the selected scenario rather than as a generic feature tour. If a pilot is needed, the dataset, user group, duration, success criteria and decision gates are defined upfront and the results are reviewed together.
