Technical and usage data automatically collected when you visit our Site and use our services.

  • Anonymized or truncated IP address
  • Browser type, device model and operating system
  • Page views, session durations and click events
  • Referrer and campaign parameters (e.g., UTM, gclid)
  • ClientId or similar identifiers created by analytics

Analytics and Cookies (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics (measurement ID: G-L39DYN242L). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze site traffic and usage. Below are typical cookies and descriptions.

Data Retention Periods

We retain personal data according to the purpose of collection and legal requirements. Example retention periods are provided below:

  • Account Information: While your account is active and up to 10 years for legal retention obligations (e.g., tax laws).
  • Contact/Form Data: Retained for a reasonable period after your request is processed (e.g., 2 years).
  • Analytics Data: Google Analytics data is subject to Google

5. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • To learn whether your data is being processed,
  • To request information if it has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
  • To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • To request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
  • To request its deletion or destruction if the reasons for its processing cease to exist,
  • To object to the processing of your data and to demand compensation for damages if you incur any.

6. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures such as SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and secure server infrastructure to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Quibas email subscription

For email subscriptions, Aneta Yazılım ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. processes your name, email address, language preference, signup page, request and confirmation dates, email permission wording and any withdrawal record. This information is used to deliver requested Quibas product updates, company news and event announcements, verify your address and maintain permission and withdrawal records.

Subscribing is optional. Your permission to receive announcements is recorded separately, and your subscription becomes active after you confirm your email address. Demo and chat requests do not create a subscription. You can withdraw permission using the unsubscribe link in each announcement. Unconfirmed requests are removed within 30 days. Active subscription information is retained during your subscription; permission and withdrawal records are retained for the evidentiary and retention periods required by applicable law.

Subscription records are collected electronically through the website form and verification links. Subscription delivery relies on your explicit consent for this purpose; retention of permission and withdrawal records relies on legal obligations. The configured email service is used for delivery, and required permission and withdrawal records are transferred to IYS. A keyed digest of your IP address is retained briefly to limit abuse. You may contact info@quibas.com to exercise your rights under KVKK, including access, correction and deletion.

7. Children

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
