1. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Quibas be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of data or profit, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this site. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
2. License, Support, and Updates
The Quibas platform and tools are offered under a commercial license agreement on an annual subscription basis. An active subscription includes access to the most current version of the platform and technical updates.
Standard technical support is provided free of charge for the first two (2) months following the commencement of the subscription. After this period, technical support services will be subject to the terms of a separate Support Agreement to be signed between the parties.
3. Ownership and Liability
Tüm Quibas ürünleri, çözümleri ve materyalleri, Aneta Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi’nin fikri mülkiyeti olarak kalacaktır. Değiştirilmiş veya değiştirilmemiş olsun, hizmetlerimiz üzerinde mülkiyet iddia edemezsiniz. Ürünlerimiz ve hizmetlerimiz, açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır.
4. Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy
Annual subscriptions do not automatically renew at the end of the term unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Requests for subscription cancellation or non-renewal must be submitted in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the subscription end date. No refunds are provided for collected subscription fees unless a specific refund condition is stated in the service agreement.
5. Warranty
Quibas services are provided without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee full compatibility with all browsers, devices, or external systems. We recommend that you participate in the demo sessions we offer or contact our support team to verify compatibility with your setup before purchasing.
6. Account Termination and Suspension
Quibas reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice for, but not limited to, illegal or contractual misuse of services, security breaches, or malicious behavior towards Quibas personnel or other customers.
7. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Quibas does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is used solely for purposes such as order processing, account management, and legal compliance. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
